Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@lovetennis.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrived defective or wrong, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
